Société Française de la Neutronique

SFN

The “Société Française de la Neutronique” (SFN) is the organisation (formed in 1992) dedicated to the promotion of exchanges between scientists from neutron facilities in France and neutron users from academia and research organisations. SFN organizes an annual meeting “Journées de la Diffusion Neutronique” (JDN) including a national conference and a Summer School (free access to a series of books on http://www.neutron-sciences.org). SFN also gives an annual PhD prize awarding a young scientist for a valuable scientific contribution using neutron scattering.
